The Quiet Leadership is a practical leadership program built on common sense, self-awareness, and everyday behaviour. It explores how leadership shows up long before titles—through judgment, emotional maturity, consistency, and the ability to respond wisely under pressure. Instead of teaching leadership as a position or a personality trait, the program helps participants recognise and strengthen the small, often invisible actions that build trust and influence over time.
Cancellation Policy
At The Corporate Masters, we value your commitment and ensure every program is delivered with professionalism and integrity. To help us serve you better, please review our booking terms below: Booking & Payment – Program dates are confirmed only upon written confirmation and 50% advance payment. The balance 50% is due within 7 days after program completion. Cancellations & Rescheduling – More than 10 working days before the program: no charge, advance adjustable within 90 days. Within 10 working days: 50% fee payable. Within 3 working days or no-show: full fee payable. Rescheduling is subject to trainer availability and mutual agreement. Content & Materials – All training content, slides, and resources remain the intellectual property of The Corporate Masters and may not be reproduced or shared without written consent. Trainer Availability – In rare cases of trainer unavailability, an equally qualified trainer may be assigned or the session rescheduled. Liability & Force Majeure – The Corporate Masters is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, natural calamities, or government restrictions). Governing Law – All bookings are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of Himachal Pradesh courts.
