Duration: 12 to 60 Hours (customized as per participant needs and experience level) Mode: Offline | Online | Hybrid Overview: This dynamic, practice-oriented module is designed to help participants master the science and psychology of selling. It goes beyond techniques to build authentic connections, understand customer needs, and deliver value with confidence and credibility. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced professional, this program helps you sharpen your selling instincts and close deals effectively. Methodology: a. Experiential learning with role plays, sales simulations, and real-life case studies b. Individual and group coaching sessions c. Product pitch practice and live feedback d. Storytelling and persuasion-based exercises e. Custom-designed assignments based on participant profiles and industry context Key Topics Covered: 1. Fundamentals of Sales and Customer Psychology 2. Cancellation Policy
At The Corporate Masters, we value your commitment and ensure every program is delivered with professionalism and integrity. To help us serve you better, please review our booking terms below: Booking & Payment – Program dates are confirmed only upon written confirmation and 50% advance payment. The balance 50% is due within 7 days after program completion. Cancellations & Rescheduling – More than 10 working days before the program: no charge, advance adjustable within 90 days. Within 10 working days: 50% fee payable. Within 3 working days or no-show: full fee payable. Rescheduling is subject to trainer availability and mutual agreement. Content & Materials – All training content, slides, and resources remain the intellectual property of The Corporate Masters and may not be reproduced or shared without written consent. Trainer Availability – In rare cases of trainer unavailability, an equally qualified trainer may be assigned or the session rescheduled. Liability & Force Majeure – The Corporate Masters is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, natural calamities, or government restrictions). Governing Law – All bookings are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of Himachal Pradesh courts.
