Identifying skill gaps and growth areas Outcome: A personalized Career Roadmap for coaching focus. Session 2 – Resume & Profile Building Objective: Create a strong personal brand. Focus Areas: 1. Resume structure and achievement-based writing 2. LinkedIn optimisation and online presence 3. Portfolio or project highlights (if applicable) 4. Crafting a compelling personal statement or summary Outcome: Professional resume and LinkedIn profile ready for applications. Session 3 – Communication & Confidence Building Objective: Strengthen communication and professional presence. Focus Areas: 1. Verbal and non-verbal communication skills 2. Body language, tone, and articulation 3. Building confidence through practice and feedback 4. Handling group discussions and teamwork scenarios Outcome: Improved clarity, confidence, and stage presence. Session 4 – Interview Preparation (Part 1: HR Focus) Objective: Prepare for HR and personality-based questions. Focus Areas: 1. Common HR interview questions and frameworks 2. Storytelling using the STAR technique 3. Managing anxiety and building authentic connection 4. Simulated mock interview with feedback Outcome: Stronger interview presence and clarity of responses. Session 5 – Interview Preparation (Part 2: Technical / Domain Focus) Objective: Strengthen subject-specific interview readiness. Focus Areas: 1. Understanding technical/domain-based questions 2. Cancellation Policy

At The Corporate Masters, we value your commitment and ensure every program is delivered with professionalism and integrity. To help us serve you better, please review our booking terms below: Booking & Payment – Program dates are confirmed only upon written confirmation and 50% advance payment. The balance 50% is due within 7 days after program completion. Cancellations & Rescheduling – More than 10 working days before the program: no charge, advance adjustable within 90 days. Within 10 working days: 50% fee payable. Within 3 working days or no-show: full fee payable. Rescheduling is subject to trainer availability and mutual agreement. Content & Materials – All training content, slides, and resources remain the intellectual property of The Corporate Masters and may not be reproduced or shared without written consent. Trainer Availability – In rare cases of trainer unavailability, an equally qualified trainer may be assigned or the session rescheduled. Liability & Force Majeure – The Corporate Masters is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, natural calamities, or government restrictions). Governing Law – All bookings are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of Himachal Pradesh courts.
